Pick Label do not show the appropriate label

Hi
I have HNCO spectrum in which when I am trying to pick the label of C-1, I do not see it listed in the labels.
My spectrum type (HNCO) has C-1 in it as label but still I don't see that when I am picking it in the spectrum.

Please suggest!
