2D 1H,15N-TROSY spectrum output for publication

Hi,

I have completed my sequential resonance assignments using 3D triple resonance experiments.
Now, I am trying to output a 2D 1H,15N-TROSY spectrum (with assigned peaks) output for publication. However, the only way I know of is to output it as a PDF format. I then had to crop the spectrum and use a program such as PowerPoint to label 1H (PPM) and 15N (PPM) on each axis. As a result of cropping, I lost resolution.

(1). Does anyone if there is any script, if exists, to add the axis labels in CARA?
(2). Does anyone know how to use CARA to prepare a high resolution 2D 1H,15N-TROSY spectrum (with both axis labeled) output suitable for publication?

Any feedback will be appreciated.
