read cyana peak list

Hi!
I have used CYANA FLYA, automated assignment for my protein spectra. when i try to read cyana output assigned peak list, i get error 432, table index is nil. if i dont change header of the peakllist then i am getting error: Warning peakline 7 found with incorrect number of entries. any help to sort out is much appreciated.
