64 bit version for Linux

Hi, Is the 64 bit version of CARA for Ubuntu is available? I had tried to install the recent version 1.9.1.7 but could not able to fix it.

I just uploaded the source code of 1.9.1.8 to github with the modifications made so far to achieve 64 bit compatibility. It should compile out of the box with Qt 4.8 (please follow the build instructions in the readme).

EDIT: for the sake of completeness I would like to mention that your Ubuntu x86_64 installation is only able to run 32 bit applications such as CARA if you installed the i386 compatibility (see e.g. https://www.unixmen.com/enable-32-bit-support-64-bit-ubuntu-13-10-greater/)

I would run Cara with Neasy on my my PC with Linus OS 64 bit. Is it possible? and it also possible to run it on a submachine ubuntu on my personal PC with Windows OS 64 bit. Thank you in advance.
